Before we meet, I’d love to know a little about you and where you are right now.
The work I do goes deep, and I keep my practice small so I can give each woman my full attention. Your answers help me understand what you’re looking for, and they help both of us know whether this is the right time and the right kind of support.
I read every application myself.
You don’t need the perfect coaching goal.
You don’t have to know exactly what’s wrong.
You don’t even need to know what you want instead yet.
You can come with the thing you keep thinking about.
The decision you can’t seem to make.
The relationship that keeps activating something in you.
The old belief that doesn’t make sense anymore but somehow still has a hold on you.
The voice in your head that still sounds like the rules.
The feeling you can’t quite explain.
Or simply the sense that something in your life no longer fits.
We’ll start there.
And if I don’t think I’m the right person to accompany you in it, I’ll tell you.
I care much more about whether this work feels right for both of us than about convincing you to become a client.
Have a question, or just want to say hi? Use this form instead.
I live and work in the East Bay, on the ancestral and unceded land of the Jalquin/Yrgin Chochenyo Ohlone people, whose descendants are among the Muwekma Ohlone people who remain here today. I offer them my respect, and I thank this land for holding me.
And to my own ancestors, who crossed oceans carrying their prayers, stories, and songs so that I could be here: thank you. I walk with you.
What you share in our sessions stays between us. You can read about the limited exceptions in my Terms.
