Breath as prayer. Body as home.

Every offering is a way back to yourself. I know, I know. You’ve seen “back to yourself” all over the internet. I’ve tried to find a better way to say it, and I can’t. When I do, I promise I’ll update this page.

You’ve already let go of a lot. Beliefs, roles, expectations, maybe a whole community. What’s left is the longing for something real, and for a spiritual life that actually fits you.

That’s where I meet you, with breathwork, somatic coaching, and movement. Online, wherever you are.

Here’s how we can work together.

What this work can actually look like.

Sometimes someone comes to me because she needs to make a decision.

But as we slow things down, we discover that the decision isn’t really the whole problem. There’s fear underneath it. Or obligation. Or an old agreement about who she’s allowed to disappoint.

Sometimes someone tells me, “I know why I do this.”

And she does.

She can explain the childhood, the relationship, the belief, the pattern — all of it.

But her body is still responding as though the old situation is happening now.

Sometimes a person tells me she can’t feel anything.

So we don’t force feeling.

We get curious about the not-feeling.

Sometimes someone has spent years trying to get rid of the anxious part, angry part, controlling part, pleasing part, or afraid part of herself.

Instead of asking how to make that part disappear, we get curious about what it knows.

And sometimes we discover a voice that was never on her side, an old rule, a family voice or a religious verdict, and she finally gets to answer it.

Sometimes her body speaks before she can.

A tight throat, a clenched jaw, a migraine on the morning she’s supposed to show up and perform. We listen to that too.

Sometimes she freezes.

We don’t push past it. A freeze has its own wisdom, and we follow it at her pace.

Sometimes there are tears.

Sometimes there’s laughter.

Sometimes something enormous shifts.

And sometimes the most important moment in a session is simply hearing yourself say something you’ve never let yourself say out loud before.

There isn’t a formula I’m trying to move you through.

We’re listening for what’s actually here.

Private sessions

One-on-one, shaped around where you are.

We follow whatever’s alive in you that day. Some sessions start with talking, some with movement, and some go straight into the breath. You don’t need to know which in advance. Your body usually does.

What you receive

  • A 75-minute private session, online
  • Guided breathwork that makes room for what’s here, at a pace your body agrees to
  • Somatic coaching that follows what your body, your inner voices and even your dreams are trying to say
  • A consent-first approach: you can say no to anything, anytime

Investment

Single session$200

Ongoing support, 2 sessions a month, 3-month minimum$350 / month
